  • Plant size: Please carefully read each item description of the pot size and please understand they are not the plant size.
  • We did not describe the size of the plants, because even if they grow up together, they will still grow into different sizes. We took a group photo of the plants in stock, so the plant you received will be one of them.
  • Plant colour: We usually put their best look photo in the first photos to give the customer an idea of how they going to change colour. But they are live plants so they can change colour all over the year due to the weather, water, and sunshine.
  • Plants will be sent bare root.
  • Combine orders: After order cut-off time each week, orders placed under the same account with the same shipping address will be combined and extra shipping will be refunded.
  • Shipping date: Orders cut-off time is every Thursday at 11 am and will be sent the next Monday or Tuesday. Orders received after the cut-off time will be sent on the next Monday.
  • Shipping cost：Postage costs $8.8 national wide, free shipping for all orders over $180.
  • WA, TAS or NT: Unfortunately, we cannot post to WA, TAS or NT due to government quarantine restrictions regarding the importing of live plants.

  • 我们会在每周截单后合并同个账户名下地址相同的订单，为您退还您额外支付的邮费。您会收到一封关于合并订单的电邮通知。
  • 发货日期：每周的截单时间是周四早上11点（墨尔本时间），在此之前的订单将于下周的星期一或星期二寄出。而在截单后收到的订单会在下下周的星期一或星期二寄出（等待发货时间最长10天）。
  • 全澳范围的邮费无论多少均为$8.8澳币，订单超过$180澳币可以享受免运费。
  • 由于政府对进口活植物的检疫限制，非常遗憾，我们无法向WA，TAS或NT寄送多肉植物。
