We are based in Donvale VIC and post all orders national wide every Monday and Tuesday.

WJ Rewards | WJ 会员积分

Please note that you must register as a member of WJ web shop to enjoy WJ Rewards. You can find the WJ Rewards button (Star shape button) at the bottom right corner of the page on your computer (or in the MENU section with your phone). After clicking it, you will be required to log in to your account.

If you do not log in to your WJ account when placing an order, you will not be able to get WJ Rewards points.

The following actions will reward WJ Rewards points:

1. Register as a member: 88 points;
2. Follow us on Instagram: 50 points;
3. Shopping and payment to complete the order: every dollar spent is equal to 1 point.

Points can be used for the following activities:

1. 80 points redemption free shipping once;
2. Every 10 points can deduct 1 dollar for your next order.

Please register for WJ Rewards to get more rewards activities. For detailed steps, please refer to "How to Use WJ Rewards".

Shipping & Postage | 邮寄 & 运费

Our order cut-off time is Thursday at 11:00 am (Melbourne Time) weekly. Orders received after the cut off time will be sent on the next next Monday via Express Post.

We will combine orders for our customers after the order cut-off time, and extra shipping cost will be refunded. You will receive our email for details. Please notes that only orders placed under same account with same shipping address will be combined. We DO NOT combine orders for 2 different accounts even if they have the same shipping address.

If you are asking about combining your eBay purchase with online order, please kindly let us know before our order cut-off time.

Postage costs $8.8 within Australia national wide, free shipping for all orders over $180.

We only send plants via express post to avoid damage due to longer transit time. Damage, delay, or loss in transit does occasionally happen. We do not take responsibility for any parcel once it is in the hands of Australia Post. An Australia Post tracking number will always be provided to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot post to WA, TAS, or NT due to government quarantine restrictions regarding the importing of live plants. We DO NOT post to oversea address.

How we package our plants | 关于包装

Our goal is to grow healthy plants and deliver them to our customers in the same condition.All plants are posted bare rooted (this means no pot and minimal soil) to reduce postage weight costs for our customers.

Whilst every care is taken to make sure you receive a very similar plant to the photo, please keep in mind that the appearance of each plant varies naturally, and can also look different once de-potted and bare rooted.

Replacements Policy | 更换政策

As explained above, we are unable to accept responsibility for damage to products that occurs once we have handed the order over to Australia Post. 

Some plants may look different from the photo on our product pages. Photos on individual product pages are of our stock, but plants do vary in appearance, and can also change based on the time of year, growing conditions, and from being in a box for a few days during postage.

If you are not satisfied with your order and believe it is due to something in our control, please contact us via Email: wjsucculents@gmail.com to discuss. We can offer a replacement for plants that do not reasonably meet expectations based on descriptions provided by us.
